Our Story
Inspiration
Over 24 years ago Lynne Corry was homeless and addicted to drugs and alcohol. She found help at the Young Mother’s Program, an intensive treatment residence, where her recovery journey began.
Lynne and her son Tyler lived there while working on her recovery and parenting skills in a supportive, structured environment.

Since that first year, Lynne made the commitment to return to the facility every Christmas and bring gifts for the children — and that’s how the Annual Holiday Toy Drive began.
The toy drive grew rapidly with the inspiration of her son Tyler, support of her husband Joe, and so many friends and supporters, and has continued every year for 24 years.

Seeing the positive impact that the annual holiday toy drive brings to these families, Lynne recognizes the power of doing more ─ to bring joy and positive reinforcement to families in need, not only once a year, but now with plans to deliver smiles for the moms in treatment, and additional giving to community partners in need.
